Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you request a consultation or send a message, how it is used, and how it is protected.

This is starter language you can edit. It is not legal advice — please have your own attorney review it before relying on it.

Information collected

When you submit a consultation request or contact form, the information you provide is collected — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, business details if you choose to share them, and the descriptions of what you are working on.

Basic technical information such as browser type may be collected automatically to keep the site working correctly.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, schedule and deliver consulting sessions, keep records of engagements, and communicate with you about your sessions.

It is not sold, rented, or traded.

Payment information

No card or bank details are stored on this site. Any payment instructions are provided separately after a session is confirmed, and payments are handled through the provider named in those instructions.

Confidentiality

Information shared during consulting is treated as confidential and used only to provide the services you requested, unless disclosure is required by law.

Data retention and security

Records are kept only as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information, though no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing support@ncolbert.com.
